IT Business Analyst: Direct hire w2 position with full benefits

Analysts will be a pivotal point in guiding the development of a software solution while analyzing and maintaining legacy systems. Analysts will interact with a number of stakeholders, internally and externally. Become SME for business processes.

On-Site: Monday – Friday 8-5, quarterly 10% travel

What you'll do:

• You'll collaborate with a diverse team of business analysts to collectively create, resolve, and meet the organization's needs.

• You will have the opportunity to review deliverables, refine requirements, and document processes to ensure seamless handoff to developers.

• As part of your responsibilities, you'll monitor and manage tickets in the development tracking system, ensuring efficient progress and effective communication.

• You'll regularly review the backlog to reassess priorities and align them with the organization's goals.

• You'll have the chance to conduct comprehensive system reviews, defining and documenting the various functions and features of each system.

• You will be involved in conducting routine evaluations of existing versions to identify and address any bugs or opportunities for system optimization.

• Troubleshooting technical issues will be part of your role, where you'll provide timely resolutions and escalate complex problems when necessary.

• The role will involve traveling to off-site locations to gather information and insights for the development of necessary system functionalities.

• You'll work collaboratively with the training team to develop inclusive system guidelines and instructional materials to support the organization's employees.
