Business Analyst Jobs

Seeking an experienced business analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Must be familiar with business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, able to map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the target system. Risk identification, financial analysis such as ROI. Ability to write clear business requirements using SMART metrics, prepare and document Functional and Technical specifications for the upcoming Reconciliation project and others in the pipeline. Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.

Requirements5 years experience:

• Designing technical and business requirement document
• IBM middleware products
• Azure DevOps
• Agile methodology
• Salesforce and its applications
• Preparing technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports

Desired Skills

• Training junior BAs is a plus
• Experience working in the Healthcare industry, preferably in relation to IT project management

• None

Location

• Local candidates preferred (within Michigan). Or, must be willing to re-locate to Michigan at employees expense. This is a requirement provided by the client.
• Working hours Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible scheduling is possible)
• Position is a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week required to be on-site, with rest of the time remote

Additional Requirements

• Must undergo a background check and drug screening for employment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; We are unable to offer sponsorships at this time

Employment Terms

• HYBRID schedule - you are required to be onsite 2 days per week
• 40 hrs per week
• This is a W2 position
