OVERVIEW:
The Business Analyst at AgelessRx will harness the power of data to enhance operational efficiency, propel business growth, and facilitate informed decision-making across diverse departments. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Data Analytics, the Vice President of People and Finance, as well as department managers, the Business Analyst will adeptly identify business needs, ascertain requirements, and present practical solutions.
In this role, the Analyst will proactively suggest enhancements to AgelessRx's existing business processes, drawing inspiration from industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and proven best practices. By fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, they will contribute to the organization's continuous improvement and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools based on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics
- Define analytics project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and identify key performance indicators
- Discover and report on patterns, correlations, and trends in data via data modeling and statistical analysis
- Examine business processes and analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization, business growth, and patient efficacy
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders by developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Analyze and develop data-driven strategies to provide insight and recommendations for driving business growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data quality, data governance, and data management practices
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Perform analyses using SQL for data retrieval
- Use Python/R for data processing and statistical analysis (preferred/optional)
- Proficiency in data aggregation, visualization, and insight generation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Understanding of statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (ie. statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science) or other related fields
