Ultimately, a successful Billing Consultant should collaborate with our team ensuring accurate and timely billing/posting and a positive client experience. This is a remote position expected to work an Eastern Standard Time schedule.

About your role:

• Respond to disputes and update accounts receivable and/or missed payments
• Bill and send invoices weekly
• Manage client billing questions
• Maintain AR and general ledger systems
• Helps refine business processes
• Post cash against accounts
• Must have professional appearance
• Attend Clients meetings over zoom/ teams etc
• Handle client requests for additional information

Requirements and Skills:

• Competent with MS Office and Accounting Software Packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3 years of experience in Accounts receivable/revenue operations
• Familiar with electronic payments and lockbox solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar
• Developed organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and/or competing priorities and tasks and drive them to conclusion
• Computer literacy required, including experience using Microsoft office programs and SharePoint, with knowledge of advanced Word functions and capability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong Excel including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
