MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Responsible for the management of ER cases.

Advise/assist/counsel managers in identifying and resolving employee issues; keep the Business Partner informed.

Respond to non-routine ER inquiries from employees and issues escalated by Shared services (Tier 1); manage individual ER cases through resolution.

Conduct investigations in response to employee or manager incidents and complaints; involve appropriate departments (bank protection, security) as needed.

Configure and prototype processes in Business Central and knkPublishing according to client requirements.

Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and project managers to analyze and design solutions.

Produce Business Requirements Document/Functional Requirement Document for proposed customizations based on client requirements.

Travel up to 25% for on-site client work, although most work is trending remote.

4+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics, NAV/Business Central (newest version is a HUGE plus.)

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business administration, or equivalent job relevant experience and/or education

Lead staff including performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow planning, hiring and placement, and disciplinary actions

Customarily has at least ten years of experience in finance roles of increasing scope and responsibility

Strong managerial, planning, and organizational skills

Compile, analyze, and present monthly accounts receivable reports in coordination with CBO Manager and/or Supervisors

Cross cover other areas in the office as assigned by management including Accounts Receivable/Denials, Customer Service or Authorizations.

Identify payer, provider credentialing, and/or coding issues and address them with management.

Make appropriate corrections to system to satisfy/edit payer requirements and re-submit claims as needed.

Work following operational policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Perform daily tasks in assigned work queues and according to manager assignments.

Appeal complex denials through review of payer policies, coding, contracts, and medical records. Utilize subject matter experts as needed.

Excellent communication/ stakeholder management skills

Diverse business process understanding, including either finance, manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, sales and/ or retail

Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping

A firm understanding of D365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV ERP

End-to-end implementation cycle ability, from analysis/ design through to go-live

Functional design document (FDD) development

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Employ interpersonal and coaching skills to effectively drive objectives and positive outcomes

Strong operational experience and proven performance in driving restaurant operational standards, growing same-store traffic and sales, and optimizing restaurant-level profitability

1-2 years' experience in an accounting related position preferred, but not required

Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)

Monitor and process incoming invoices and credits from distributors

Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data

Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Health care experience of up to 3 years

Supports overall Revenue Cycle processes to achieve established targets and goals, including the completion of special/specific assigned projects or tasks.

Performs other duties as assigned or required

Associate's Degree/completion of college level coursework

Customer service, billing, and/or system transaction analysis experience.

Knowledge of the utility and/or the energy industry is preferred.

SAP/CCS knowledge is preferred (Not Mandatory).

• Initiate requests with ERCOT and TDSPs for additional data to complete deregulated-market transactions.

• Collaborate with other internal groups to meet customer requests and/ or provide resolution to issues.

• Escalate all errors and exceptions appropriately, and in a timely manner.

Demonstrated Strong coding knowledge and understanding of ICD-10; Understanding of reimbursements systems, risk management, and performance improvement.

3 or more years demonstrated coding experience
