Billing Data Entry Consultant (Remote)

SolomonEdwards is looking for a Billing Data Entry consultant to support our Medical Technology client with a billing and purchase order data entry related project.

**W2 Only – no C2C**

Location: Remote

Duration: 1 month, with possibility for extension

Rate: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize data to support timely and accurate billing efforts.
• Assist Project Manager with financials on the project to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Create and manage client accounts.
• Reconcile account discrepancies.
• Verify accuracy of purchase orders, edit data as needed, and process them through the system for approvals and/or payment.
• Submit reliable and clear reports on billing activity to client and other departments as needed.
• Maintain and update purchase order records.
• Match Purchase Orders (POs) to the correct Work Orders (WOs) in order to produce correctly billed invoices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data entry/billing experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Efficient multitasking and time management skills.

Salary range $18-20/hourly W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
