The Benefits Coordinator (Leaves & Accommodations) will report directly to the Manager, Leaves & Accommodations.
A Day In The Life
  • Partner with third party administrators (TPAs) and People & Culture Business Partners/Advisors to review leave requests.
  • Support with tasks across the Health & Wealth team as required.
  • Support Leave and Accommodation Specialists with all Parenthood top up requests in the US and Canada
  • Support employees in the USA and Canada with short-term and long-term disability enquires.
  • Serve as a liaison and resource to colleagues regarding leaves and accommodations concerns and processes.
  • Support our employees in Canada and the USA with leave requests (FMLA, State Leave, Compassionate Care Leave, Personal Leave, Hardship Leave, Parenthood leave, Bereavement Leave, etc.) by providing thoughtful and informed responses to tickets in ServiceNow and reviewing/approving leaves in Workday timely.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on leave and accommodation processes across North America
  • Partner with Leaves and Accommodations Specialists to ensure timely responses, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Process STD claims by completing STD calculations for Canadian STD claims.
  • Complete all requested employer statements.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow is preferred
  • HR experience/education
  • Strong communication & attention to detail
  • An interest in leaves and accommodations legislation and best practices
  • Using discretion and maintaining employee privacy around sensitive information
  • Discernment and decision-making

Compensation And Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from  annually; the base pay offered is $49,000 - $61,300 based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering subject to program eligibility requirements.
