Fully Remote: Leads Generation Manager: $95K - $100K + Kpi Based Commission

TGG Accounting is assisting our South Carolina client who are sourcing for a Lead Generation Manager. Our client is in the specialty residential home repair business and looking for a passionate Lead Generation Manager who will increase the velocity and volume of leads. The role involves managing all the lead-generation vendors while expanding the portfolio of lead-generation vendors.

Salary: $95K - $100K + KPI Based Commission (OTE $125k)

Position Overview:

• Lead Generation Manager should be an expert in lead generation strategies, and comfortable leveraging various channels and techniques to drive a consistent influx of qualified leads.

• Efficiently execute lead generation/outbound campaigns;, track progress, ensure timely completion of campaigns to the agreed campaign lead criteria with accuracy and quality

• The Lead Generation Manager should have a strong passion for driving revenue growth, be data-driven, and possess exceptional leadership skills. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing lead generation function, tracking market share, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• 4 plus years of marketing/coordination/administration experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related disciplines
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with enterprise CRM system
