What You’ll Do:

Come join us as we scale our retail and commerce loyalty platform! As part of the Stuzo growing engineering team, we’re looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail and has a passion for solving problems. The QA Engineer will work very closely with the IT Management team, Development teams, Business SMEs and Stakeholders to promote and ensure quality for all projects.

Responsibilities + Activities:

• Take part in onboarding new QA team members for the project team.
• Report and Analyze automation tests results (local/CI), investigate root cause.
• Collaborates with the team to ensure quality across the platform.
• Implement new automation tools.
• Sync with the QA team to define the AQA roadmap.
• Automate new and maintain existing Mobile, WEB, BE functionality.
• Train and introduce automation techniques to the manual QA team.
• Ensures proper execution of all automated regression test suites.
• Proactively research industry trends to qualify innovative ideas.
• Document and proactively manage issues until resolution.

Experience & Skills You’ll Need:

• Experience in web and mobile UI automation utilizing: Playwright, Cypress, or Web Driver.
• Self motivated, ability to work as a collaborative member of a team.
• Load Testing experience is a plus.
• Experience in: API, Database (SQL) utilizing: jmeter, postman, Soatest.
• This is a hybrid role where you must be willing to work in the Philadelphia office 3 days a week.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.

This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
