Compensation Range : 85,000. - 105.000

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee automation scripts are up to date and running without issue
• Lead in the development and improvement of quality assurance programs and standards
• Create and maintain tests to ensure software meets user needs
• Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status
• Lead in developing and improving automated test plans for automation
• Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business
• Evaluate and improve compatibility of programs with existing communications hardware and software
• Lead in developing and executing test plans projects
• Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to junior associates

What you bring to the table:

• Hands-on experience with planning, designing, executing tests and knowledge of performance and stress testing
• Has proven, advanced experience in identifying the relationship of bugs to software code
• Competencies: detail oriented, planning skills, analytical thinking skills, leadership skills
• Ability to document all problems and assist in their resolution
• Performs work with a high degree of latitude
• Proficient at testing and evaluates in-house and third-party software to ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements
• Handles the most complex issues and possesses expert knowledge of subject matter

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

• Advance knowledge of Business Domain both frontend / backend
• Familiar with Java, SQL, C, C++; UNIX and/or NT systems, web design, HTML, XML, and Perl
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering and/or test engineering experience
• Advance working knowledge within automation and what can be coded
• Proficient in Jira and Agile

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Quality Engineering and/or test engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
