Automation Engineer

Required Education-

Knowledge was imparted within the framework of a 3-year technical training course (e.g., as a process mechanic for KKT) and expanded by relevant further training as a technician. This function requires at least 3 years of experience in the field of automation control production and special knowledge in tool sampling and process finding / test execution

Required Expertise-

·Technical expertise in PLC source code (Siemens, Alan Bradley) necessary

·Good knowledge of the processing properties of plastics

·Good IT-User knowledge (MES, SAP, MS-Office)

·Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Position Details-

·Independent application of systematic tool sampling (GR process development) internally as well as with external suppliers / customers

·Independent execution of function sampling

·Systematic determination of all relevant process parameters as well as problem solving and optimization of all automation tasks

·Independent implementation of qualification runs

·Reviewing and modifying of documentation in accordance
