Position Summary

Position Summary: The Food & Beverage and Custodial Operations Director is responsible for managing all Food & Beverage, Coat Check, Merchandise and Custodial operations. This role will ensure a high caliber guest experience to all Theatre guests, create inviting product presentation with high quality, cost-efficient offerings to maximize sales, and provide hands-on implementation of the cleaning program to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. This role will manage, mentor, and support the Food & Beverage, Coat Check, Merchandise, and Custodial teams.
Job Level: Director Salary Range: $75K – 100K

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Knowledge and experience with Food & Beverage and BASSET certification Custodial operations and practices for a large Theatre environment
  • BASSET certified
  • Active commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA)
  • Supervision and management of large diverse PT staff
  • Solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of beverages including spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee
  • Strong spirit of optimism and collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and Holiday hours
  • Independent problem solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, high energy, artistic environment
  • Highly computer literate
