G-Dub has won team championships in 15 different sports — from basketball to cross country, gymnastics to golf. With an Army of fans loyal to GW, it’s no surprise our teams have thrived in the Atlantic 10 conference and across the country. Over the past four years alone, we have won 12 conference championships. The Athletics Department is recruiting for a temporary Athletics Operations Associate (Equipment).
Reporting to the Equipment, Gameday & Licensing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible
for the following:

• Assist the Manager in ordering, distributing and placing into inventory all appropriate and

necessary apparel and equipment for each of the University’s NCAA Division I varsity sports
programs

• Utilize vendor ordering systems to check available inventory, submit orders, and track order

progress

• Track delivery of orders from vendors, and assist with processing returns
• Open and review deliveries to ensure received items match orders
• Other duties as assigned
• Utilize vendor billing systems to review invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment
