Regional Visual Merchandiser Jobs

As a Regional Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for translating the visual brand message throughout our retail stores. You are a pioneer of creativity, flair, and design with a strong interest in style aesthetics. The Regional Visual Merchandiser will partner with cross-functional teams to develop concepts and execute on-brand merchandising stories throughout our global retail stores.

What you will do:

• Serve as a visionary – executing and overseeing all floor planning, visual merchandising and outfitting of mannequins and displays
• Directly responsible for visual merchandising of designated region
• Partner with buying and store management to ensure stock levels are maintained to uphold visual standards
• Maintains daily communication with stores regarding all product changes and sell-through occurring in store
• Implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines for assigned retail stores

• Implements enticing displays and mannequin outfits that reflect the brand and current collections
• Creates visual merchandising directives that are tangible to stores and their product
• Trains store level employees on Suitsupply's way of visual merchandising, the brand aesthetic, and visual standards
• Travels to store to execute the latest visual merchandising updates and innovates to create visually appealing displays with their on-hand stock
• Enforces visual standards in stores by auditing weekly styling reports and in-person store visits

Who you are:

• Willing to travel 75% of the time
• At least 3 years of multi-unit visual merchandising experience, preferably within the luxury retail industry
• Strong knowledge of Suitsupply's brand and culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management, time management and presentation skills
• Knowledge in men's fashion, environments, and trends
