The Opportunity:

The Visual Merchandiser will create one of a kind, inspiring fashion stories translated through the

Bergdorf Goodman lens. Join a team of seasoned merchandisers and team members to

• Support the seasonal directives, trends set by fashion office, throughout the floor.
• Maintain communication with buying line regarding adjacencies, brand partner requests, business
• Partner with the Visual Manager to assist with mannequin looks and styling directives.
• Be responsible for monitoring and maintaining BG visual standards for the assigned floors/categories.

• Communicate with the selling and stock teams and the maintenance of shared areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proactive and anticipatory, Ability to gauge priorities and pivot easily.
• 4+ years of visual merchandising / styling experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• Affinity for Interior décor.
• Organized, focused and passionate about fashion and luxury.
• 2+ years of retail experience in merchandising, visual display.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, Vinyl Machine
• Excellent oral and written professional communication skills.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
• Ability to multitask and keep a calendar.
• Must be able to work on your feet and capable of lifting (boxes, mannequins, etc.) as heavy as 50lbs.
• An elevated taste level and confidence.
• Ability to dress mannequins and merchandise racks daily.
• Knowledge and understanding of current trends and cultural awareness.

Alternating weekend schedule, Primary schedule M-F

Reports to Visual RTW Manager

Primary Location: United States of America-New York-NEW YORK-New York-Bergdorf Goodman

Women’s store.

Position not eligible for remote work.

• Minimum Pay Range $: 45,760
