The Associate Search Consultant position supports the search execution team with candidate identification, assessment, and development of the client shortlist. This individual utilizes various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques to develop industry experience and helping to find best-in-class candidates for the clients of Jensen Partners. The Associate Search Consultant will work across various assignments and learn client and candidate relationship management skills.
A successful Associate Search Consultant will spend their first six months in training and development across executive recruiting and financial services. Then, working with the leadership team, will define a specialty to begin the next learning and career growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the hiring manager in building appealing job descriptions and preparing required networking and sourcing strategies
- Support name-generation efforts. Analyze client profiles, match, and help select candidates to provide resolution for all assignments. Help collect, record, and synthesize feedback from all parties.
- Learn all aspects of the executive recruitment process; screen and perform interviews with prospective candidates, develop and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external team members
- Consistent CRM/ATS updating and maintenance
- Able to get on the phone to call candidates, applicants, references, and referrals to interview, screen, or source as directed by the senior search team.
- Schedule meetings with clients and candidates to obtain feedback, and prepare all required documents, to facilitate smooth communication
- Business fundamentals and foundational knowledge of the sector
- Assist with client interview processes; schedule interviews and quickly resolve any client/candidate issues that arise

Education:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
