Associate Product Manager, Internal Tools

Vivrelle is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing digital Product team. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will focus on creating new features across our website, member app, and internal operations portal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, operations, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and features on Vivrelle’s website, iOS app, and internal operational portal
• Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve existing functionality across product areas, including order management, loyalty and referral programs, 3rd party integrations, A/B testing, payments and retail operations, internal inventory tracking, and more
• Seek out and incorporate feedback from customers and internal team members to improve the usability and value delivered by digital channels, whether it be our member-facing app or internal tools used by our operations team
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members and their behaviors, needs, and preferences, while balancing business KPIs and monetization/growth goals
• Support Vivrelle’s digital merchandising strategy by managing digital content and optimizing CMS features & workflows
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements, working with engineering teams to test features and ensure launches are successful

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
• A highly collaborative self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth, action-oriented environment
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about apps in our digital commerce and membership ecosystem such as Stripe, CMS platforms, headless ecommerce platforms, and order/warehouse management systems
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and best-of-breed tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, Slack, and Airtable
• Start-up experience a major plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making using analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics
• A creative “builder” mentality, including natural curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and suggest alternatives to the status quo
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in an ecommerce company, a subscription-based business, or a consumer start-up

The pay range for this role is $85,000-$115,000 per year. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
