You’ll be a part of the Field Communications team, which excels at taking complex financial and regulatory issues and making them easily digestible for the average reader. This team of talented and experienced communications professionals partners with several groups to develop, edit and distribute communications every day to our field of financial advisors, senior leaders and partners.
You’ll also provide support when needed to all advisor-based investment channels, which includes remote advice and in-branch advisors. Our team is helping build a diverse and winning culture where all our employees feel connected and engaged toward one common goal: helping clients make the most of their money, so they can make the most of their lives.
This position sits within the Content and Communications team, which reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This team is at the center of every major business initiative in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with our business to create a consistent voice across materials
- Assist with major communications initiatives
- Use internal technology to track engagement of internal communications and offer advice on the best strategy for reaching employees
- Draft and edit internal communication articles
- Prepare presentations for and participate in meetings with senior business and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and manage stakeholder needs and expectations
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Superior writing skills with versatility in format, including technical writing, executive messaging and copy editing
- Must be a quick study of complex or technical topics and be able to simplify those concepts into clear, precise writing
- Ability to recognize and respond well to changing priorities
- 3-5 years of Communications experience
- Must be able to produce urgent communications on demand
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to work both independently, as well as collaboratively and effectively, in a group setting and communicate both verbally and in writing

- Must be focused, accurate and organized
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on daily deadlines
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
