Associate Marketing Manger- 2024 MBA Graduates

In this position, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies & executions that have national impact. The anticipated start date for this position is July 2024.

This position reports into a Brand Team or Marketing Capabilities Team and is based at one of the following locations- Skillman, NJ; Fort Washington, PA; or Los Angeles, CA.

• Skin Health brands include NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, CLEAN & CLEAR®, and LUBRIDERM®
• Essential Health brands include BAND-AID® Brand, LISTERINE®, and JOHNSON’S® Baby
• Self Care brands include TYLENOL®, MOTRIN®, ZYRTEC®, BENADRYL®, and SUDAFED

You will become an integral part of a brand or marketing capabilities team where you will build core marketing competencies and take ownership of areas like advertising, consumer promotion, market research, analytics, product/package improvements, digital capabilities and more.

Responsibilities May Include-

• Successfully setting & ensuring delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis
• Crafting marketing communications (eg. Digital, eCommerce and social content, video, print, sampling, professional, etc.), claims and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners
• Conducting consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations
• Collaborating with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments
• Uncovering insights about the category, competitor & retail customers that drive business recommendations
• Owning your brand’s P&L & making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth

Qualifications - External

What We Are Looking For

• You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• 3+ years business experience
• Current Graduate student completing their MBA orMaster’s Degree (concentration in Brand Management or Marketing is preferred) with intended graduation date between December 2023 – July 2024

Desired Qualifications

• 3-6 months of previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) internship experience is highly preferred
• Budget management and forecasting experience.
• Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
• Digital marketing experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.
• You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills

The anticipated base pay for this positions is $130,000 (5 yrs or more exp or dual degrees).

This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.
