Understand and review models of proposed financial structures; and review proposed debt term sheets and model debt into project analyses;

Experience in academic finance preferred, including grants management and clinical trials contract awards.

Strong leadership and management skills with previous experience managing people, delegating workload and providing direction/corrections as necessary.

Knowledge of property management requirements related to Stanford or non-Stanford title of equipment and fabrications.

Financial structuring and deal making experience, including evaluating complex revenue structures.

Must have relevant experience with a developer, investment firm in the renewable energy space, or investment banking specializing in power/energy/utilities.

8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling and Reporting
