Principal Portfolio Operations Jobs

Supporting the management of an assigned institutional client relationship

Such other responsibilities as may be assigned by company leadership

Supporting & supervising personnel assigned to your client portfolio or “POD”

Leading & managing these personnel as needed

Covering for the Portfolio Director on your account in his or her absence

Leveraging Darwin resources, to include the POD team, to drive performance and deliver exceptional results for your client

You have at least 4 years of operations experience - in consulting, recruiting operations, and/or HR operations.

You have prior experience in recruiting operations and/or in human capital consulting.

In past roles, you’ve demonstrated close attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Support a team of talent operating partners, who are charged with scaling our portfolio companies with the best people.

Lay the foundation for our portfolio companies’ recruitment processes.

Implement systems (e.g., sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems) that provide for our companies’ unique talent needs.

Maintains strong customer-focused relationships with TFB leadership, Product & Technology, Finance and Enterprise Portfolio Management and Delivery teams.

7-10 years Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Required)

Technical Project Management Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints in a matrixed environment. (Required)

Cross Functional Relationships Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Required)

Owns end-to-end product portfolio management and value proposition.

Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
