Compensation

• $125,000 - $175,000 Total Compensation

What's the Job?

As the first Mortgage Operations Associate in their Dallas office, you will be using your mortgage data experience to do large-scale mortgage data operations work. They have an extensive and growing real estate portfolio, and you will be identifying errors, doing reconciliation, speaking and working with servicers and handling remittances.

You will be using your mortgage portfolio experience at an investment bank or other asset management firm to get up to speed and begin working immediately.

This role sits in their Dallas office, and you should be comfortable working at their office full time when they make that transition.

What Skills Do You Need?

• You must have experience working with mortgage portfolio data (securitized or securitized).

• Very comfortable working with larger data sets (it would be great if you know SQL).
