HID’s Renewals Department:
We are looking for an Associate Director to join the Identify and Access Management (IAMS) Renewals team and lead our customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager and a strategic thinker. As a strong people manager, the Associate Director of Renewals will match talents and skills with the right responsibilities, guide and empower people to become independent problem solvers, and encourage cross functional engagement. As a strategic thinker, the Associate Director of Renewals will be able to contribute to, implement and measure strategic objectives.
As our Associate Director, Renewals , you’ll support HID’s success by:
  • Leading the team to provide outstanding customer experiences that increase retention of accounts, leading in turn to timely renewals, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Encouraging the team to identify upsell and growth opportunities
  • Driving alignment between Customers and HID
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with clients at both operational & strategic stakeholder levels
  • Assisting in managing several strategic accounts within the HID portfolio of customers.
  • Managing a global team of Renewal Specialists.
  • Promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization and aligning projects across teams.
  • Ensuring that account issues are resolved quickly by escalating to appropriate resources throughout the company.
What we will love about your background:
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts to solve problems.
  • Experience in customer success processes and methodologies.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora and other similar tools.
  • Experience scaling a team in a fast-growing SaaS company or similar organization.
Your Experience and Education include:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years leading teams in hi-tech software/security industry working with enterprise clients preferred.
  • 5+ years of client facing experience in consulting, sales, or customer success roles.
