Associate Director Of Access Security Operations

The Associate Director of Access Security Operations will be responsible for the portfolio of access management and governance services within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

This position will identify strategies to facilitate the mission of the university and will manage the teams responsible for operating several access control services. Responsible for the availability and oversight of all production tools, services, and processes. Independently leads teams to implement innovative tools and services, as well as deliver significant security programs to the University. Represents IAM and Security teams to department leaders across University stakeholder groups. Manages staff, financial strategy, and oversees ongoing health of the portfolio. Represents University to external partners and constituents to deliver a long-term Access Operations roadmap for the University.

Required Education and Experience:

• Considerable project & work group management experience
• Minimum 7 Years Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Position functions with very high level of autonomy & decision making authority
• Expert Level of experience in multiple security areas

Desired Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree
• 12+ Years Experience

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $125,000 to $167,000.
