Associate Director Global Tax Accounting

This role reports to the Global Director of Tax Accounting and will oversee and manage key elements of the company's global tax provision process. Technical skills, team development and stakeholder management will be integral to the role as the successful candidate will be expected to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Job responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

• Assist in the review of the company's global quarterly and annual tax provision, working closely and proactively with different functional teams on the preparation and/or review of the global tax provision including the review and consolidation of international subsidiary tax provisions, and provide support to the global team.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase overall efficiency of the global income tax reporting process

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's of Science in Accounting or Taxation is a plus (CPA preferred).

7+ years of experience with:

• Big 4/public accounting and corporate tax department.
• The preparation and review of US GAAP income tax provisions including ASC 740, accounting for uncertain tax positions, and accounting for the tax impacts of share-based compensation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:

• Successful experience automating processes.
• OneSource Tax Provision or similar tax accounting software is a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $154,340.00-$246,540.00

• Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
