This person must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Manage a portfolio of diverse clients and deliver a full range of tax services, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
• Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, including tax seniors and tax associates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Assist partners with business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and projects as needed.
• Review tax returns, tax provisions, and other tax-related work prepared by the team.
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations and communicate changes to clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or has a law degree
• Must have CPA
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
