Job Description
Join Publix Technology in a unique role to support the successful delivery of project leadership for a large portfolio of technology systems including Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance and Enterprise Item Data.
What you will do:
  • Assist in the development and review of high-quality technical documentation
  • Provide key support in facilitating adherence to both required and recommended project processes
  • Administer and maintain portfolio processes
  • Ensure tasks are thoroughly completed in a timely manner
  • Engage with project leaders to ensure budget, resources, timeline, scope, and risks are accurately managed
  • Work closely with project leaders to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately for multiple technology initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Technical Writing, or a related analytics field or equivalent experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience with promoting collaboration, leading by example, and contributing to the productivity and morale of the team
  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with technical and business writing skills
