Business Systems Analyst Jobs

Post Real Estate Group has an opening for a full-time Business Systems Analyst to assist the Director of Financial Systems in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365. The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist Finance and Operational departments in various projects to improve productivity of business processes.
• Identify and record systems issues in conjunction with Director of Financial Systems.
• Assist in customization of ERP reports and dashboards for management, executive and investor related reporting.
• Write and maintain documents related to security design, implementation, and practices.
• Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements.
• Collaborate with ERP consulting firm to coordinate enterprise tickets, issues and iterative changes.
• Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP system as directed by Director of ERP to provide supporting information for organization and management.
• Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users.
• Provide timely support and responses to technical and operationally related ERP tickets
• Assist Finance and Operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
• Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience in Power Bi highly preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience operating, implementing, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and calculative abilities for developing financial analysis and reporting structures
• Basic accounting knowledge within the depth of understanding financial statement preparation and structure.
• Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business, Engineering or Finance
• Experience working with ERP security, permissions, and user administration preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in different industries with consolidation of complex operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
