Day-to-day Role


  • Serve as an expert in fully integrated digital / social programs
  • Support with financials, including budgets and billing, projections, and staffing
  • Drive and oversee campaign development and execution, including paid media, influencer, analytics, strategy, creative and influencer marketing teams to execute campaigns on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success
  • Drive flawless implementation of digital & social communications strategies
  • Serve as the client relationship day-to-day contact on key projects
  • Develop and own all management of timelines for day to day and activation tasks
  • Foster, grow and maintain productive and influential client relationships
  • Manage a variety of client requests, assume responsibility, and understand when to delegate to key team members
  • Engage client to provide updates, gather feedback and execute programs

Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail (as simple as a comma) and the understanding the imperative to always deliver polished work
  • A strong understanding of social media and content marketing strategies, ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned, owned and paid media, and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
  • Excels under high pressure situations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with 4+ years of experience driving and executing Digital / Social Media campaigns
  • Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple multifaceted projects and changing priorities with quick turn timelines
  • Experience executing brand-level social media strategies/activations and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and measuring campaigns, launches and day-to-day initiatives with integrated teams
  • Large corporate and B2B experience a plus


Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.


Salary range: $55,000-$95,000
