What does a great Associate Account Manager do?
The Associate Account Manager reactively manages a portfolio of our smallest customers, providing support and account management services, and helping them to achieve and improve their business.
Responsibilities include:
- They will complete administration tasks required in the re-contracting process for this segment of the SMB portfolio.
- The role holder will reactively manage 500 small sized accounts to provide them with support in the form of knowledge transfer, training and market support.
- This person will also undertake the qualification of all in-coming sales leads and ensure the sales lead is passed either to the appropriate account manager or business development manager for follow up.
- They will manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service ensuring queries are handled in a timely manner.

- Demonstrable administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent office administration skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.

- Personable, with a professional and flexible approach to helping others and a willingness to perform routines tasks and learn the business.
- The ability to influence others within the company and build effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
