Job Description

What does a great Associate Account Manager do?

The Associate Account Manager reactively manages a portfolio of our smallest customers, providing support and account management services, and helping them to achieve and improve their business.

Responsibilities include:

  • They will complete administration tasks required in the re-contracting process for this segment of the SMB portfolio.
  • The role holder will reactively manage 500 small sized accounts to provide them with support in the form of knowledge transfer, training and market support.
  • This person will also undertake the qualification of all in-coming sales leads and ensure the sales lead is passed either to the appropriate account manager or business development manager for follow up.
  • They will manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service ensuring queries are handled in a timely manner.
