Assistant To Creative Studios Operations

We are looking for a temp to perm Assistant to Creative Studios Operations for a top beauty company in New York, New York. This Associate level position operates fully onsite.

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Vendor billing
• Taking notes and maintaining files for all projects
• Scheduling multiple meetings
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned and as needed
• Keeping track of high-volume production campaigns, edits, social media posts

Qualifications:

• Extremely organized in a creative environment
• Basic photoshop skills required
• 2-3 years production or post-production experience a must
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Discreet and confidential
• Collaborates well with others
• Extremely flexible, adaptable and reliable
• Multi-tasker with a sense of urgency
