Assistant Property Manager -The Ascent

We are looking for a customer service oriented professional to join us as our Assistant Property Manager at The Ascent. • Daily logs, checklists and reporting
• Work with vendors to respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise
• Utilize Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word
• Daily inspection of condos and property walks
• Draft weekly newsletters to send to Ascent owners and guests
• Manage guest and homeowner arrivals and departures
• Directly report to Property Manager and provide coverage for PM and others on days off
• Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support operations and goals
• Drive the Ski Shuttle when needed
• Utilize internal software to generate work orders, send and receive invoices, create reservations, and manage housekeeping requests
• Light maintenance work

Location: The Ascent- Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $21 - $23 / hour (DOE).

Schedule: Weekends and holidays required

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Must be able to navigate Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other software programs.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure
• Ideal candidate must be able to complete physical requirements of the job which include moving 25 lbs., shoveling snow, and regularly traversing the area
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Great communication skills and experience working on a team
• Strong written English skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Valid Driver’s License
