Job Description

We're currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Entry Level) to join our Major Projects Project Management group. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting project managers on external customer projects and major campaigns, as well as directing aftersales projects.
As the Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping to define project scope, goals, and deliverables during planning. You'll also help develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. You'll monitor project performance to ensure the team stays on the approved timeline, manages the global project team, manages budget performance, identifies risks involved in a project, and mitigates those risks. You'll provide regular updates to the team, management, and PMO on work performed, schedule, budget, and overall status.
We're looking for a self-motivated individual who can forecast risks and challenges, and drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership and effective team management using varied resources across multiple departments and organizations. You'll also be part of the Service Operations Project Management Team and help define the future portfolio of Wind Services.
To be considered for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. You'll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, project scheduling and budgeting experience, and proficiency in MS Office and products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects & Vision) and SAP. You must be willing to travel up to 35%, and experience with Power BI is preferred.
