Responsibility Overview:

  1. Client Management
  • Own the Client Management system from onboarding to offboarding:
  1. Communicating effectively with the Enrollment team and Coaches
  2. Managing client contracts & forms
  3. Sending out a diabetic health journal
  4. Filling out insurance forms when necessary
  5. Managing payments from clients and reaching out about failed / late payments
  • Create payment links and discount codes for the coaching program


CEO and Team Calendar Management

  • Gatekeeper of CEOs calendar, will be responsible for scheduling the below:
  1. CEOS 1:1 clients sessions
  2. Meetings for networking and outside relationships
  3. Partnerships
  4. Podcast guests
  • Own the podcast schedule and make sure all guests are prepared with questions, links, and anything necessary to make the process smooth
  • Forward-looking, always checking 2 weeks ahead to make sure there is no overlap in the calendar
  • Manager of the Risely team calendar and any invites that everyone should be aware of


Project-Based Management

  • Own and lead timelines and tasks on a myriad of projects
  • Developing monday.com template board to build more efficiency of team visibility
  • You are a quick learner and can adapt to new systems as they are incorporated into the business, will own set up of systems for product edits, webinars, launches, etc.
  • Have Excel knowledge and will be able to create spreadsheets to help the team work more efficiently
  • Create and present comprehensive project hindsight reports addressing any issues or setbacks to improve for the future


Customer Service Email Inbox Organization

  • Manage the [email protected] inbox nurturing coaching inquiries, general questions, and other outreach
  • Tend to emails specifically related to member account access issues, subscriptions, payment etc.
  • Contribute insights from and possible improvements to, the Customer Service experience to team/marketing


Research + Itinerary

  • Book photographers, videographers, and hair stylists for each destination if necessary
  • You’ll be responsible for building an itinerary for travel and event flow
  • Researching all details for events and retreats (e.g., food, location, price, travel distance, etc.)
  • Responsible for booking travel and accommodations for CEOs speaking engagements, events, and team retreats as they come up


Job Details:

*Contractor position 30 hours per week or FT depending on experience

*Must live inside the U.S

*Two years minimum experience in Project Management or Operations
