Job Description
Global Fast-to-Action (F2A) is a dynamic and diverse pool of problem solvers with global mindsets deployed on transformational projects. We work with agility on global short-term projects and are deployed on demand executing against strategic priorities. F2A works closely with their end users – employees and managers – and with internal subject matter experts across the enterprise while aligning to the top strategic priorities. We work with innovative and strategic thought leaders and diverse internal client groups across a wide range of brands, functions, regions, and channels. F2A teams act as a trusted advisor to these client groups, developing strategies and solutions to meet clients' business needs, including scoping needs, gathering data, analyzing issues, formulating and making recommendations, and helping implement proposed solutions to pressing business challenges and needs.
F2A primarily provides services across Change Management, Organizational Design, and Organizational Effectiveness, enabled by Program Management.
The F2A Asst. Project Manager will manage the day-to-day execution of projects working with their Project lead, HR, Business Leaders and with a wide variety of talented strategic leaders and to develop, implement, and measure innovative strategies and tackle business issues head-on.
  • Project work responsible for day-to-day management of project and project team; keeps team members focused on risk management and responses to the risks (e.g. changes in timeline or budget)
Team development responsible for coaching junior talent on the team; responsible for providing on-going feedback to project teams
Use strategic problem-solving skills and analytical methodologies to solve strategic Business and HR questions and challenges, across the organization.

Ability to build and execute a plan to solve the problem, including project timeline, identifying/ managing interdependencies, identifying key owners and stakeholders, managing budget and vendors. Specific to the F2A Project Manager

  • Flags risks/ delays appropriately

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
