Job Description

Our client is searching for an Estate Manager to oversee their busy Southampton property and a second home located nearby. The Property Manager will be front of the house and be responsible for onboarding and training new team members, ensuring standards are adhered to on property, and delivering a world-class luxury resort experience for the Principles and Guests. The Property Manager oversees the estate with meticulous attention, serving as the main point of contact for all maintenance, projects, and construction on site. This role sources new vendors, compares and negotiates proposals, and regularly evaluates existing systems/procedures to create efficiencies and improvements. The ideal candidate will be polished, composed, and down to earth with a warm and welcoming presence.


Requirements:

  • Experience with watercraft and/or captain’s license a plus
  • Experience supporting a private family household
  • 10+ years experience in hospitality roles with private estates, luxury resorts or yachting
  • Experience and comfort supporting ultra-high net worth individuals
  • Prior experience developing trainings and protocols in Five Star service/hospitality environments for staff


Salary: $175K
