Responsibilities:

Manages the Housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to standard. Oversees the staff and activities of the Laundry/Valet Department ensuring that all Rooms and F&B linen, Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms are cleaned on a timely basis. Resolves customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. This role has direct contact with employees and guest and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Two (2) years of experience within Rooms Division, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.

• College education or equivalent experience.

• Bi-Lingual, Spanish.

• Good command of the English language both verbal and written.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
