Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $91700 - $123900 / year

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain healthy relationships with license partners and maintain brand compliance.
• Maintain proper implementation of sanitation procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure proper repair and maintenance of all equipment, buildings, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, employment, and EEO.
• Train associates on the company policies and procedures and ensure quality performance.
• Verify and prepare reports as required and provide and administer an effective system for cash, inventory, and payroll.
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the management team and oversee supervision of associates.
• Assist in establishing and implementing current and long-term objectives, plans and policies, and budget.
• Build and maintain positive customer and client relations by providing efficient, quality services and products.
• Manage the beverage program as well as train all new employees to ensure strong knowledge of various drink options
• Oversee the recommendation and establishment of prices and portions for products and services within the approved profit plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established guidelines.
• Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a high volume ala carte restaurant in management
• Excellent skills in financial management and budgeting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field is preferred but not mandatory!
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of facilities is strongly preferred
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Entrepreneurial skills to support the development of new programs and ideas.
