Job Description
Manage the back of house productions of the winery and brewery. Hands on role will have to be able to lift 50lbs above shoulders. Making wine and beer, bottling and canning.
Must be able to work with others and work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
Hire, train and supervise employees. Work with customers to make sure all their needs are met.
Responsible for all day to day activities of the winery and brewery, front and back of house. Fill in for the General Manager when needed.
Looking for a person that is hard working, passionate about what they do and passionate about making people happy! Be able to solve problems on their own. Must be proactive and go beyond their job description.
