Educational Qualifications:

• Should have managed at least 100-150 Mn revenue.
• Should have experience in intercompany financial transactions across geographies.
• Should have experience in manufacturing industries.
• Preferably experience from Big 4
• Good experience in ERP implementation, preferably MS dynamics

Key Responsibilities -

• Generates timely and accurate financial, management reports, including consolidated financials, fund and cash flows for

associate entities analyzes operating results and makes recommendations for cost reduction and/or profit improvement

• Experienced in offshoring and automating processes

• Handles P&L responsibility, taxation and provided legal support

• Develops accounting policies to comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, and management reporting requirements.

• Develops performance measures and executive dashboard

• Manages the annual budgetary process, cost center, product cost reporting and activity-based costing with related budgetary control procedures

• Reviews monthly inventory reports, their verification, valuation, and aging

• Manages major system implementation and upgrades

• Oversees AR management and provides support to credit and collections activities

• Oversees AP Department, approve payables, verify payments by checks, wires and ACHs

• Develops reliable cash flow projection and reporting mechanism including minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs of the Company.

• Management of working capital and banking needs

• Manages the preparation of annual financial statements and support of all external audits

• Maintains appropriate insurance coverage

Experience and Skills required:

• Commands respect of the departmental managers as well that of the CEO with excellent communication skills and ability to provide solutions.

• CPA with 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting

• Experience with Big 4 and a US multinational is preferable. Must have the potential to move up into a Controller’s position

• The position requires dealing with China and Thailand. Experience of overseeing global intercompany entities is preferred

• Have knowledge of US GAAP in prior employment.

• Need to possess a retail background, exposure to manufacturing unit, inventory management, credit and collection-related financial operations

• Experience in Microsoft Navision is preferred. Must have worked in an ERP environment and handled an ERP upgrade ( preferably SAP or Oracle).

• Experience in automation of processes will be an added advantage.

• Needs to be business savvy and conceptually strong.

• Must be able to manage and train staff with good leadership skills.

• Proficient in MS office including Word, PowerPoint, advanced excel skills, and pivot tables
