Assistant Coordinator Jobs

WillySocial, is seeking an Assistant in our NY office. Position includes campaign management, client appointments, submissions and scheduling. Candidate should be driven, computer literate, detail oriented, and have strong communication skills. We are looking for someone with an interest in Social Media/Influencer Management as well as the acting world as this position assists two Agents in different areas.

• Work with signed Influencers to help manage the execution of social campaigns
• Act as a liaison between clients, casting directors and agencies
• Provide administrative support, including phones, coordinating meetings, schedules, and producing correspondence;
• Assist with projects, research, and compiling information as needed; and

Job Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), InEntertainment and Breakdown Express
• Ability to perform well under pressure;
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized;
• Actively engaged in social media, and up to date on top/up and coming creators
• BA/BS from an accredited University of College;
• Excellent phone demeanor;
• At least 1 year of relevant experience within the Entertainment Industry;
• Adept at problem solving and thinking quick on their feet;
• Ability to stay ''one step ahead'' at all times;
