Assistant Account Executive Jobs

Job Summary:
rag & bone is looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Domestic Wholesale team. This Assistant Account Executive will own order and inventory management with a focus on the Off price business. They will be responsible for managing global internal inventory flow, curating daily offers, maintaining off price status logs, highlighting opportunities weekly and having weekly check in calls with external partners. An ideal candidate for this role will have strong excel skills and be extremely detail oriented. This person should have a keen understanding of rag & bone's position in that market and a solid understanding of the off price market and the contemporary wholesale space.
This is a fulltime position based in our NY office.
Responsibilities:

• Manage flow of DTC RTV's
• Coordinate daily with Customer Service team on order entry, shipping needs, EDI's
• Assist in curating ATS offers based on account needs and trends in market
• Maintain Off price logs of all pending offers and expectation dates with discount notes
• Order entry as needed
• Highlight opportunities within ATS for off price and/or full price channel
• Assist with sample send outs/tracking and/or image send out to vendor asset acquisition team
• Manage global inventory. Pull and review inventory and report on inventory levels weekly (sometimes daily).
• Assist with sample sales (2x per year)
• Nordstrom Item quality checks/Copy info

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of excel advanced skills, inventory management, planning background preferred
• Detail oriented, team player with a positive can do attitude
• Experience in off price and/or contemporary market preferred

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
