Job Description
We're excited to announce a new position, Area Property Manager at Glenville Terrace
  • Prepare for and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants. Assist in planning and coordinating renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services at each property; leads on-site initiatives through to completion
  • Manage vendor relationship s, approving invoices from vendor s, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchase. Oversee the leas ing process by approving prospective resident applications, discounts and renewal leases, conducts periodic apartment inspections, follows proper notice requirements, evicts residents, and imposes and collects late fees and other charges as allowable and stated in the terms of the lease

  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues
  • As the ideal candidate, your background includes: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; high school education or equivalent is required. A minimum of t hree years residential leasing and/or management experience required , including budget management, vendor relations. Experience in HUD/Section 8 and LIHTC regulations ideal. Requires reading and writing English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions. Excellent management and communication skills with a solid professional image. Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellence in time management.  Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including working with vendor s and contractors. Ability to effectively, professionally sell and close a sale. Must possess s olid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Teams, Word and Excel. Yardi Property Management Software experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
