Area Manager Jobs

Born in a bar and not a boardroom, Ghost Tequila continues to drive triple digit growth in the Tequila market. We have an opportunity for the right person to join our team for the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas market. The perfect candidate will be able to work seamlessly between both the On and Off Premise markets. The candidate should be North Texas based and their territory will cover the area along with key geographical markets.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Willingness to work full-time, non-traditional, late-night hours as required
• At least 3-5 years of On and Off Premise beverage sales, marketing, or promotional experience
• 4-year bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Ability to manage and track budgets
• Must have Distributor management experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong relationships within the Distributor, On and Off Premise, along with Texas Chains
• Dynamic personality with solutions drive mentality
• Demonstrated computer, communication, and presentation skills

• Manages the Distributor at all levels to keep everyone focused on the goals ahead
• The Area Manager role consists of 85% market time and 15% administrative
• Passionate about the beverage industry and growing the Ghost Tequila footprint
• Solid relationships with beverage decision-makers at major local On and Off Premise accounts
• Achieve all key KPI's and case goals set forth
• Plan 30, 60, 90 days in advance and have a path to achieving the goal set forth
• Ability to translate strategy into action and make things happen within your market
• Team player who leads by example and is will to share ideas and collaborate
• Making sure accountability is a top priority

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with experience: T&E, car allowance, cell phone, generous PTO, and health care package.
