Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Display, encourage, and inspire high morale, motivation and teamwork in the stores.
• Drive positive results for labor through proactive scheduling and a rapid response to business trends.
• Build a pipeline of talent.
• Train employees on prompt, friendly service per company guidelines.
• Oversee the daily operations over multiple retail locations in the area.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization for both the interior and exterior of the stores.
• Become a local business leader in the community.
• Balance global strategic objectives with day to day operations
• Ensure all systems and policies are being followed to maintain sales standards and product specifications.
