If you are an Application Customer Support Specialist with experience, please read on!
This is a fully REMOTE position for someone on the East Coast. You will be working east coast hours with some flexibility with other time zones.
We are a long-standing software company in the workforce management space building a customer support team. You will be the first hire in this team with the possibility of moving up to a supervisory or management position over the next year!
The right candidate will have sharp leadership skills, a strong desire to help others with problems, and excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and the ability to quickly learn how to use proprietary software.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers' trust.
What You Will Be Doing
The Application Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate technical support to our customers and ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will address customer questions, issues, and concerns about our software, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
You will work closely with the team to gain familiarity and proficiency with all pertinent customer solutions.
Other responsibilities include software testing and quality assurance, improving efficiency within the team, and taking on special projects as required.
What You Need for this Position
  • 4+ Years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role supporting software applications
  • Proven multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience using customer support software and tools
  • Proven aptitude for learning and explaining software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Software industry experience is a major plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Patience and empathy with customers

Paid Holidays: 9 holidays
PTO: 6.67 hours per month of PTO (10 days/Year to start)
