Ap/Ar Manager - Cannabis Company

One of the fastest growing cannabis companies in the world is looking to continue and expand their accounting and finance team and bring on an AP/AR Manager to come in and manage a team and continue to optimize there AP/AR process. This is a great company with tons of room for growth as they continue to expand into other states. This role is fully on-site and will not relocate so looking for someone local to the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Continue to build out AP/AR system
• Maintain accurate records and control reports
• Manage collection
• Recommend and implement improvements to AP/AR process
• Update AP/AR SOP's
• Manage a team of 6+
• Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers
• Manage all AP/AR activities

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AP/AR
• Background in accounting would be nice but not a need.
• Worked in a high volume transaction company
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Managed a team before
