Overview
The Temp Creative Operations Coordinator will report into the Creative Operations Manager and be responsible for orchestrating all consumer facing creative touchpoints, by supporting processes put in place across site, mobile, email, app, organic marketing, paid marketing, social, and video. This role will support day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow of the creative team during peak holiday season.
Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly onsite content process and oversee briefs + timelines to ensure successful and timely creative execution
• Prepare and maintain weekly + monthly shared doc with creative information and maintain daily changes in advance of weekly executive review
• Monitor urgent milestones with copy, design, merchandising, wed production, digital marketing teams to ensure that time-sensitive deadlines on holiday creative content are being met
• Open Basecamp projects and assign milestones for all digital projects inclusive but not limited to emails, homepages, landing pages, marketing initiatives, 360 projects, and organic social content
• Maintain daily changes to milestones in Basecamp
• Assist with monthly email inclusions with sister brands, acting as liaison between all cross-functional partners

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and objectives effectively via email and in meetings
• Experience with Basecamp and Adobe Suite (preferred but not required)
• Creative thinker with the ability to prioritize and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
