About the Position:
The Creative Director is responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive measurable results. The Creative Director will be a strategic partner to both internal and external clients. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of the marketing landscapes. The salary range for this position is $85k–100k.

Your Impact:
  • Leadership: You'll lead and inspire a team of creatives to develop and execute performance creative content that drives results for our clients.
  • Performance Optimization: You'll continuously evaluate the effectiveness of creative output, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve performance.
  • Collaboration: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, media producers, and data analysts, to ensure creative strategies align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: You'll maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: You'll foster a culture of design thinking and innovation throughout the agency, championing creative that uses a performance-driven approach.
  • Client Management: You'll develop and present creative concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and their impact on performance.
  • Project Management: You'll oversee the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: You'll review and provide feedback on creative deliverables to ensure high-quality output and adherence to performance goals.
  • Strategy: You’ll execute performance creative that aligns with business KPIs and drives client growth.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of developing high-performing creative campaigns and strategies for clients.
  • Proven experience with design thinking and performance-driven creative approaches
  • Proven experience leading a team of creatives in the development and execution of performance-driven creative content that achieves outstanding results for clients.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey ideas, collaborate effectively with team members and clients, and build strong relationships.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of creative output and optimize and improve performance.
  • A passion for keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices, with the ability to share insights with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven agency environment.
