Reports to: Creative Merchandising Manager-Home
Overview
Collaborating with Art Directors and buying in the conceptualization, direction, management, and execution of visual messages with new and refreshing merchandising strategies across all platforms.
Responsibilities

• Own and execute the placement of creative assets on corresponding ecommerce product trays.
• Partner cross functionally with Ecommerce Studio, buying, and post- production to guarantee all merchandise is accurately represented in all customer facing platforms aligned with product launch needs.
• Travel on location shoots to support alignment from stylist and photographers' aesthetic with the Anthropologie brand, ensure assets needed are captured, and manage product.
• Clearly support marketing priorities and buying strategies while maintaining a fluid representation of the brand.
• Execute merchandising monthly messages across all home divisions from conception to execution.

Qualifications

• A superb eye of style, visual composition and attention to detail.
• A self-starter, able to move forward with or without specific art direction.
• Professional experience in merchandising, styling, interior design, or comparable field (5 years’ experience)
• Able to recognize and interpret trends in home décor across various styles to appeal to our wide variety of customers.

• Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions.
• Ability to balance creative and business needs.
• Efficient in PowerPoint
